Pressure washer with 20m reach - cheapest reliable way?

My driveway now has more moss and weeds than it does concrete.
A few people have said that the best way to get and keep it clean is a water pressure washer, and you can pick up ones which review well for only about £50, for example:

The only problem is, the distance from the tap in my back garden, to the end of my driveway, is about 20m, and standard machines seem to be 5m - 8m. But when I googled 'high pressure hose' or similar, a 15m one can cost over £200!!! Can I just use any hose, like this one for example:

...or does it need to be a special hose? Or does anyone have any other bright ideas?

The short answer is yes, most if not all pressure washer need to be hose fed water and need a power supply too.0

Erm yes to which bit? That I can use the cheap hose that I linked, or that I'd need to shell out for a special one?0

You don't need a high pressure hose. All you need is a length of standard garden hose. The high pressure bit is provided by the manufacturer. The whole point of a pressure sprayer is that the machine provides the pressure. The length of hose that connects the machine to the nozzle is the high pressure hose.
So yes, you can use standard garden hose.I can afford anything that I want.
Just so long as I don't want much.0 -
Aha I'm being typically dumb aren't I? The people talking on forums about the expensive hoses are presumably using them from the machine to the nozzle - you are obviously right, I need any old hose from my tap to the machine, as that bit doesn't matter. Thanks.
