Overseas car rental ID confusion

Several years ago, we rented a car in Italy from a company called Firefly. The rental was fine, everything was paid, and we haven't used the company since.
I just received a letter addressed to me, at my house number in a different road, but with my postcode. The letter states: "We are sending this letter to inform you that Gesthispania has been authorised by Firefly to act on its behalf in providing the legal identification of its customers as required by law in compliance with the existing provisions. To this effect, we would like to inform you that, according to data in Firefly's possession, you rented the car with license plate *** [redacted] from 07/28/2014 16:05 to 08/11/2014 14:40."
The letter encloses a Spanish traffic violation notice and an invoice for a Firefly ticket administration fee of 30 Euros which it says will come off my credit card. It says I will be contacted shortly by the local authority to apply the sanction.
Help! What do I do? I wasn't in Spain this summer, and haven't rented from Firefly for several years. There's clearly been some kind of customer ID confusion with another person who shares my name, but I'm concerned as to what I can do if Firefly or the Spanish authorities try to charge me. I can't find an English speaking Firefly phone number, and don't fancy my chances explaining the situation in Google-Translate Spanish. Any advice gratefully received.
