eBooks without DRM

BGM

Hi,

I want to buy some eBooks... preferably in the epub format, but the main thing is i need them to be pretty transferable/flexible between devices with no DRM

Where is the best place to buy these books? By best I mean, consider the following:

* good selection (inc. textbooks)
* provides the epub format
* contains no drm

i deliberately don't want to just go to amazon and buy their format because i don't have a kindle, and probably won't be buying one any time soon. Stick to iPad / or maybe get a Nook for example...

Thanks!

You can download a program called Calibre to change to/from epub & various other formats

Every other e-book device than Kindle uses ePub, so the world is your lobster.
Lots of royalty-free titles on the Gutenberg Project site.
