I am claiming back bank charges, had a letter of refusal so sent the second letter. Bank charges add up to £3600 but in the first letter i didn't use the charges calculator so made a mistake with the total and put £3300. The banks solicitor have sent us a cheque for £200 :rotfl: so we are returning the cheque. Do we put in the revised total or the original amount and will this affect our claim. Also do we return the cheque with the new letter saying its not acceptable to the bank or the banks solicitor. Thankyou
