Are Parking Eye court cases drying up?

Those in the know may be able to tell me. A few months ago there were a slew of cases being reported here where several members were helping to fight the scams that got as far as the small claims. Now we only see one or two people reporting court papers. Have they slowed down or even stopped? Has the Capita purchase meant they no longer need to pad their income via the next level of threat?

To your last question ... the number of PE cases actually increased after the Capita purchase (is my recollection). But PE were then still running as a separate entity. (I don't know if they still are).0

recently I saw on here a figure of about 17000 court cases in the first 7 months of this year, making it about 30k per year, so my belief was that they had doubled or trebled the number of court cases0

No the number of court claims is still pretty high0
