Has anyone else had problems with their customer service team?

I have made 6 calls (not one of them under 27 minutes) and they still haven't sorted the issue.

The last call I made today I was being passed through to some other team to make a complaint and they disconnected me at 48 minutes

No. Whenever I have had to call them, they have always been prompt when answering and I haven't been cut off.

Your certainly doing better than I am with Scottish Power. I bought a house on the 8th of last month and am still trying to get the power turned on. Someone removed the main service fuse, and Scottish power stated I need a new meter as well. Three times I have booked for someone to come out to replace the fuse and meter and no one turns up. You call Scottish Power only to be on hold the first time for 52 min, then when you finally get through you get cut off, then after another 50 minutes when you finally get through again. So far I have had the excuses of the first person did not book the appointment correctly, the second time, someone booked the wrong date(and is very easy to do on their system apparently). Today it was suppose this morning and no one turned up again. Each time it either means time off of work or a friend there for me sitting in a cold house for hours with no heating or electric. I've got to the point where I can't afford to keep two places going while the power, etc. is sorted out, so have had to move into the house with no power, or heating. Living with a camp stove for a bit of cooking, and rechargeable lights which I have to take to work to recharge and under blankets to try and keep warm. :(
