Buyer gave wrong address

Hi
I would appreciate any help regarding this as I have been inable to get through to Ebay.
I sent a parcel signed for to Spain, the Buyer did not get it as he had given the wrong address,at last it arrives back with me and I explain to the Buyer that he would need to make sure that the address matches that on Ebay. He said he could not change it as he had tried.
I have 2 questions
Do I send it to the address that he has given me even if it is not his correct registered address?
Who pays the £11 postage fee again?
Thank you in advance

How much was the sale?
By sending to a different address than that on eBay or Paypal you could lose a INR claim.
In theory best advice is to refund, cancel and then ask them to buy again via a BIN set up with the right address entered via Checkout 9assuming you want to deal with them again).
The buyer should pay the extra postage but whether they will want to is another thing....In the game of chess you can never let your adversary see your pieces0 -
Thanks for your help, the transaction was for £49.99 and £12 for postage0

Hi, given the amount it is not worth taking the chance in sending to an unregistered address, you would more than likely end up £72 out of pocket! as the other response says I would definitely refund and relist your item. Best of Luck!0
