Hi
I think can get sheets plastic tinted the right colour to put over the book you're reading ?
My son had an apple green sheet.
I realise the glasses aee the best solution but might let you try & see if it helps before buying the glasses ?
Indie kid is right. You need to find somewhere that does colouromitary testing or go to an irlens centre. Some health authorities will test free of charge Hull I believe but you have to pay for the glasses. 125 I think ours were not including the tests. The glasses will also be a different colour to the overlays. We used o delays for 12 weeks before we got the glasses.

What is she like with numbers OP? dyslexia isn't just confined to reading. I have mainly number dyslexia - my reading and writing are fine, except I have a tendency to 'transpose' certain letters, (I know who the culprits are and have it set up to 'autocorrect', while numbers play 'tricks' on me and you cant 'autocorrect them'!
