... at least some of the Park & Ride car parks in the West Midlands run by Centro from September.
I've managed to find this out from them via Twitter, and they've given me (and by extension the general public) an opportunity to ask relevant questions *evil grin*
Any suggestions for questions that we can put to them?
I'm thinking of information that could aid people who come here or PePiPoo who get stung by VCS and want to appeal.
(This came about when they tweeted the new policy and I found a potential EA2010 breach in their news release's section about Blue Badge holders.)

First thing you should ask is under what legislation they are going to enforce "PENALTIES"
http://centro.org.uk/about-us/news/2014/%C2%A3100-car-parking-penalties-to-begin-at-park-and-ride-sites/
"Commuters who park badly at railway station and Midland Metro car parks across the West Midlands will receive a £100 penalty charge from September 29."
You could also ask how charging some tit £60/£100 will stop congestion, if the vehicle will still sit there all day?0 -

I was thinking more of asking Centro about:
- Appeals process
- Compliance with EA2010
- Confirmation of landowner
- KADOE contract compliance
But maybe that's just me

I would ask them if they will be operating a 'contractual fee' (consideration) model or breach of contract. And ask for their pre-estimate of loss they've discussed with the client, how the costs were worked out and when that discussion took place. Could be useful to have in writing.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
