section 75 of credit card

Hi im just new to this site. And was wondering if some one can please help me, is their a time limit on how far back you can claim from credit card?

I bought a weekend break last october from a marketing agency and went to use the voucher last and only realised and seen it on the internet the marketing company done a runner with peoples money and has vanished and my voucher is no good, i paid the£200 by credit card, would it be still ok to claim back?

If the voucher was still valid until now, then yes, in theory.

The time limit for civil claims is normally 6 years so you should be able to claim.
