Sounds very odd - perhaps they think you have a trojan or similar? This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0

This wouldn't affect their system and they wouldn't ban you for it.Sounds very odd - perhaps they think you have a trojan or similar?Credit 'Score' - Don't buy the credit 'score' that Experian, Equifax and Noddle want to sell you. It's an arbitrary number that means nothing when it comes to applying for credit.

You're seriously suggesting they would allow a user to use their system where they thought they had a trojan, key logger or similar?!
No, they would either restrict that user or disable their login as the bank would likely end up being liable for any resulting fraud

Given that I'm a software engineer by trade, I think I know the fact that a website can't "detect" that your computer is infected with a virus etc just by you visiting the website. You merely visiting their website does not give malicious software any further access to their server than it would otherwise have connecting directly from the creators computer, and it can't do any damage just from a simple HTTP connection. You're seriously suggesting they would allow a user to use their system where they thought they had a trojan, key logger or similar?!
