Natwest Private Banking Branded Select Debit Card

Hi
I used to have a Natwest Private Banking Branded Debit Card (blue instead of purple - in an old thread this card was described as product code ZK) but it expired a couple of months ago. My replacement is the standard purple Natwest Debit Card. I have the Private Banking service so I am not sure why this has changed. My Private Banking manager was a bit vague on this and so I am wondering if this has happened to others?

Can you ask the natwest private online chat team?0

Natwest seem a bit lax on what stock they print cards to. For the very short time I was with Natwest Private we had 3 cards for the Mrs and I (one got lost) and 2 were Private branded and 1 wasnt. The RM originally denied that Private cards existed any more and then said it was obv a mistake in the print room.0

I got the distinct impression they were no longer issuing Private Banking branded debit cards (in RBS & NatWest) unless you took one of the paid for accounts.
That said, when I was with NatWest - I requested a pay-in book and got a Private Banking branded one for no apparent reason with otherwise the correct details.InsideInsurance wrote: »Natwest seem a bit lax on what stock they print cards to.
