I presume you're in Scotland if 18 and at Uni?

Could you not simply arrange to celebrate a few days before? Followed up with a card/flowers and a Skype on the day?

A friend bought me a manicure set which was really really nice (it's similar to this one simplyfeet.co.uk/simply-feet-pamper-gift-pack.html) and maybe a pair of PJS? make it a real pamper day...asda, new look and tesco have amazing night wear for cheap prices! Hope she has a nice day
