Money Claim Website - is it slow?

Hi, I have decided to take Halifax to court. They have not responded to my second letter threatening them with court action. I have registered with the Court, but when I try to get to further pages, it says, either system is busy or something like you are not allowed. Has anybody else had this problem?

Personally i would not recommend MCOL because it can lead to problems later on. I would suggest you get a paper copy from your local court, an N1 form.

I agree with Natweststaffmember it is by far more srtaight forward than the MCOL. Plus the staff are at my county court was really helpful both face to face and on the phone.

Yes we too have been trying to access the site tonight to see the status of our claim and we have been unable to get on. It is dispalying the same message you are getting.
