Consoltation rights??

Hi i have recently been made redundant. My company went into administration then 7 days later i was made redundant. I believe i am entitled to a 45 consoltation period before being made redunant (over 100 employees) which clearly i did not have. am i entitled to full pay for the remaining 38 days and how can i claim this back?
