New here, need advice re. handling phonecalls

Thanks Eager... you were right. After telling them on the 21st they would be contacted by our debt lady (really need to find a better way to describe her!) before the 28th and them saying they would note it on the account and we wouldn't get any more calls until then.... they called again yesterday!
Not that we could have answered the call anyway... we were at friends for a BBQ and DP left his phone at home! Not a conversation I would have faniced in front of friends anyway!0
