Global Shipping Progra problems, problems, problems....

I have been 'enrolled' onto the global Shipping program on my private account.
I am selling some large kids toys. Well, my listings have never been so popular!! The latest 'question' is in Russian (2nd from Russia in 2 days), I've had 2 from Latvia, one of which was a long begging letter asking to sell for nothing as her little princess wanted them but they had no money, 4 kids and no job.
How to I turn this damn feature off? I have only got down to sell to countries I ship to and postage is quoted as uk only.
I've deleted and blocked more people than I have answered!

So, I blocked the bidder and marked the question as answered but then I had more questions from other people asking if I ship to Lithuania that had 0 feedback, pretty much asking the same thing, just not as long. I assumed that this was because of the BBL. My daughter is selling her well looked after toys, it will be her that loses the money if these people try and scam us. What with that and my listings for furniture not showing, I think we are now destined for the local car boot sale and not ebay anymore.
