Done everything according to the site, LTSB have decided to defend and we have now moved to our local court (Stockton-on-Tees). Got a letter on Wednesday from court asking for full particulars including dates and amounts of charges. LTSB owe me £8000 (excluding interest) have only asked for £5000 to keep it in the small claims court. Is everything biased towards banks and large conglomerates??? What do I do now I have until 26th to respond!!! Anyone help?

Don't panic!!!
This is pretty standard. Just do as the court has asked because in the long run that little bit of effort now will pay big dividends in the end. If you give up now then the banks win, and if you are already sacrificing 3000k of your money do really want to lose the other 5000k as well??? I would guess you're answer is no!
Keep going and good luck.;)0
