This prize draw is open to all individuals in Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales) aged 18 years or over. 2. Employees and representatives (and their immediate families) of Accolade Wines Ltd (the “Promoter), its agents, third parties and anyone else professionally connected with this prize draw are not eligible to enter. 3. There are 50 prizes available – 50 Babycham glass sets which include 12 glasses. 4. No purchase is necessary. To submit your entry, please complete all mandatory fields on the entry form at https://www.ASDA.com/win and then press enter. 5. The closing date for receipt of entries is 23rd October 2014. 6. The prize will be sent directly to the winners address. 7. Only one entry per person is allowed. Anyone trying to circumvent this condition by using alternative details will be disqualified. No bulk, third party or organised group entries will be accepted. Incomplete, illegible, or corrupt entries will not be accepted. No responsibility is accepted for entries lost, damaged or lost as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. 8. The winners will be randomly selected by way of a prize draw on [25th October 2014] under independent supervision and notified by email using the email address entered on the prize draw form within 7 days of the closing date. If contact is not made in the first attempt, 3 more attempts will be made in the following 7 days. If contact is not made by then, the winner will have an additional 7 days to contact the Promoter. After this point the Promoter reserves the right to re-draw a new winner for the prize in the same way.
