Help!! Reclaim Company Rip Off!!

Hi ive been using


and i cant get any reply from them. theyve had all my statements and told me how much theyre claiminig back on my behalf and then have heard nothing! the number rings engaged all the time and i dont know what to do now! my claim is with lloyds tsb - do i start from scratch or what - please help its been 6 months since i started this!!

start from scratch, suspect these lot have gone under (thats a cheap Webhost, not even a real website !!)

all the forms you need are here at the top of the section, get ALL the money yourself, not pay these lot 20 -40% for nothing

I've removed the website you've linked to so as this company gets no publicity good or bad on MSE, this is no reflection on you.

Did you send the company your statements or did you authorise them to act on your behalf with Lloyds? If the latter make sure Lloyds know that you no longer want them to act on your behalf then you need to check to see if you have signed or agreed to a contract with them.

hi all the statements went to the company - who do i ring in lloyds? is it there headquarters?

Most of the claims seems to be dealt with in Andover, this is one number
Andovers no-01264725214 and you'll get HQ address in the third post in the Reclaim Help Thread.

If you didn't copy your statements you'll need to ask for more so you can start your claim yourself.
