ESA is paid fortnightly in arrears. If you are unlucky you can have to wait 2 full weeks before payment is made. If you sent a doctors certificate you should be seeing payment by now. Call them to find out what's happening.
Anxiety is a valid incapacity so that won't be affecting payment.

New claims take upto 14 working days to process, so that might aswell be 3 weeks because it won't be chased up until the 15th working day anyway.

    OP
Your sicknote will take 10 or 11 days to arrive, assuming it is a proper fitnote (because you didn't actually say it was) and assuming you sent it to the correct address... then you will be paid once they have processed the claim.

Yes, I sent a sick note(from gp) with my birth certificate, bank statement, I also sent every letter I could find sent to me by NHS to explain my illness. I called the jobcentre, they said "I will send them an email that 14 days has passed" etc.
Now it's been 15 days nothing yet.

Right, so now it has been 14 working days .. you should phone ESA and ask what is happening with your claim.

What date did you send your sick note, they will ask you this, so you need to think about that.
