Are business electricity meters physically different than domestic meters????

Just speculating, as nobody else has replied yet. I guess a lot depends on the nature of the business. If you're running an iron ore smelting plant an ordinary domestic meter would spin its little head off. You may also have a 3-phase supply to a large establishment, requiring a different metering solution.My question as in the title really.
