Update: Ipsos I-Say replied to my email on Monday. They said they would send a replacement Compliments Voucher and I have received it this morning. Very quick!

glad i checked the thread.
I also had my first problem regarding the compliments voucher. Mine was ordered the 3rd September & apparently fulfilled the 12th but a month later i also haven't received it.
I haven't contacted them yet , if the only way to get it is to contact them i will have to soon.
My order id was - 4011873 it would be interesting to see if anyone later in the queue has already got theirs.
Either way i am also basically at the threshold for a further voucher but i will been holding onto the points until the one i am waiting for turns up.

Hi xnatillyx. That is exactly what I have been doing, holding off cashing in my points until the voucher arrived. I have never had problems with Ipsos in the past so I admit I got a little paranoid thinking the voucher had got 'lost' in the post.

The voucher I received yesterday had a different order number than my original order number and began with 400xxxx. Sounds like there is a bit of a queue.

Hope it turns up soon. I'm going to exchange for Amazon in the meantime, if they are in stock!

Edit: Nope, they are not in stock! *sigh*

Update from me- just received one of the £10 vouchers I am owed in today's post.

I emailed Ipsos yesterday to say my voucher requested on 3rd September had never arrived, and today a voucher arrived in the post. I'm not sure yet whether this was an extremely quick replacement voucher or the original one finally turning up!

I ordered my compliments voucher on 18/9/14 and received it this morning. Just thought I'd let you know in case it helps anyone.

Requested an Amazon voucher today as out of stock at 14:10 , received today at 16:47.
Very surprised with so fast delivery, usually takes a bit longer.
