I requested a £10 Compliments voucher on 1st Sept and I'm still waiting for it. It says fulfilled, but I have not received it. I have emailed them to ask when it was supposed to have been posted....never had any problems before.

I've been waiting on a voucher since 3rd September and similarly have never had problems with them before.

I too requested a Compliments voucher, approx beginning of September. It says processed on the 26th/09. However, I still have not received anything.

I requested a compliments voucher on the 25th August and not received it. I emailed them a couple of weeks ago and they sent me a reply along the lines of, it may take up to 6 weeks if the voucher requested is not in stock.

Still nothing. I emailed last week and haven't had a reply yet. I even offered to exchange the voucher for something else if they haven't got it in stock.

Sort of glad its not just me. I am getting a little paranoid about Ipsos. I have enough points for another voucher but don't know what to do for the best now.
