My son put his foot on the wrong part of the loft and it came thru. This is the second time this has happened as it already had waterlogged damage and was repaired. They are wanting me to pay for repairs to the loft. How much should I pay and should I be paying for it?

Time is more valuable than money. You can get more money but you can't get more time
