Hi,
I have just contacted Virgin and the offer they provided me is called "Free for £20" and it provides:-
Broadband
Telephone Line
Digital Box
They also charge £25.00 for installation but the advisor also told me that they will credit £20.00 back to my first bill. So does that mean the connection charge if £5.00?
Has onyone connected for this package - can you tell me how it works please?
Thanks
Nas

Wonder if this is what I have - Bundle 1 - broadband/telephone line rental/freeview tv thrown in and free weekend calls to standard numbers. Wondering if you have free weekend calls bit - you didnt mention it? I was quoted £25 installation charge - but no mention made of £20 being credited back to me! and havent had that either.
Virgin !!!! I can feel more grey hairs coming on rapidly! I think (fingers crossed) that I've finally got them sorted out (much ..... much ..... much hassle later). Just still waiting for my pc security - as I have Vista pc - been waiting for this since April. Currently waiting for them to fulfil promise I will have it "in July" - still dont know when tho.
Wondering how come Virgin manage to employ so many people who dont have a clue what theyre doing!0 -
Thats for 2mb broadband , line rental with inclusive weekend calls to 01/02 numbers and their basic TV service. When pushed recently they were throwing in 24/7 inclusive calls for a year.0
