Any reason why you have started another thread?0 -
Just posting the same thing over again will not help you.0

Sorry, new to all this wasn't sure it had posted. You had to put in a promotion code of XMS when booking. I was given this when I booked a place at a christmas function, and the promotion rooms on a friday night all came up at this price in December. I know approx 15 people who have booked them.
I just wonder where I stand legally as it was advertised clearly, I purchased and payed for and recieved confirmation. How can a company just change the price a week later??0 -
You've not told us how much you paid, and if you have actually paid anything yet.0

I booked, paid for and recieved my booking confirmation on the 20th September. I had booked a christmas function and they gave me the promotion code to entre the room rate came up at £9...I presumed this was because it was a special deal with the function. Rooms start at £49 without code.0

£9 for a room at Christmas?
You have no rights it's an obvious misprice0 -
as per this, rooms from £59 with the code
