Non-refundable tickets?

Hi I have purchased some tickets a few days ago which I've been told are non-refundable and non-changeable.
However, I think I was mis-sold them in the sense that my flight dates don't appear to be what I was told in the shop. When I booked them at the travel agents I was told something, and when I've looked at my tickets it's something else.
I was told I couldn't change / refund the tickets later and I have paid for them. But do I have any rights with regards to being mis-sold them?

Actually what I mean to say here is that the flight TIMES don't seem to be correct. So I thought I was travelling in the afternoon, but it seems I'm flying out at night.0 -
Hi
If the dates are the same and it is just the flight times that have changed you have not been mis sold anything. Airlines do this all the time as when they first sort out with the airports flight slots are allocated but for any reason they can be changed. You will still be flying to the same destination on the same day just arriving later than you understood when you booked :0)0 -
Do the flight times that you thought you were getting still exist, or have the flights been moved to a later time of day? If it's the former then go back to the TA and tell them they've booked the wrong flights.0

I'd drop the "miss sold" phrase too, far too much of an annoying buzz phrase at the moment. Simply go back to them and say you booked the 15:00 flight with them but the tickets have come through on the 21:00 flight (obv change times for correct ones in your case)0
