Cheap curtains

Any ideas on where to find the best value curtains? I'd like them to be fairly thick as they are to be hung in front of a single pain glass outside door to reduce heat loss in the house.
It would need to be around 7 feet long by around 6 feet wide.

B&M Home Stores have some fairly nice ones at a good price.

Might be worth having a look in charity shops, otherwise Dunelm Mills seem to have good value curtains.0

I have recently got some great bargains on curtains from my local market. They are lined but if you want to keep really warm you could line with fleece blanket as well.

You can get clip-on curtain linings so could get cheaper/thinner curtains and fit a liner.0

Certainly try charity shops & boot sales.
Also consider making them. Fabricland have cheap fabric, otherwise just google - there are lots of decent sites. Also look in your local market - you don't just have to use curtain fabric. My son made some stunning, thick curtains for an old draughty Georgian house with high windows with old-fashioned serge from a market stall at £1 a metre.
Get a book from the library if you don't know where to begin.
If insulation is key, you must line them (or even interline)
Curtain lining is fairly cheap, but I have used sheets from a charity shop, and my mother used to re-use old, thin curtains as linings.0 -
Thanks everyone for the responses I'll get shopping around.0
