6. The flights must be booked by the 31st March 2015.Please allow at least three weeks between emailing your booking form and your outbound travel date. The prize must be used by the winner and their companions travelling together.
7. The flights must be taken by 30th September 2015 and are not available over bank holiday periods.
8. The hotel stay must be booked and ten before 31st December 2015.
9. The promotional period is 1st October 2014 – 31st December 2014.
10. All flights and hotel stay are subject to availability.
11. The costs of transfers (other than those specified), accommodation (other than those specified), parking (other than those specified), travel insurance, meals, spending money and all and any other incidental travel expenses are not included in the prize.
12. One piece of hold baggage is included per passenger, per sector up to a max weight of 20kg per bag. Additional baggage will be charged for at the then prevailing rates.
13. All prizes are non-transferable, non-amendable and not redeemable for cash in whole or in part.

17. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoters reserve the right to offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value.

19. In order to administer the contest and declare a winner, your personal information provided will be registered. By participating in the competition and opting in to receive communications from Easyjet and/or Hampton by Hilton, you acknowledge that Easyjet and/or Hampton by Hilton will manage your personal information in accordance with the applicable privacy regulations. Your personal information will be deleted within two months after the contest has ended.
20. The prize is awarded conditionally upon acceptance and if a winner is unable to be contacted after a reasonable period or if any prize is unclaimed or declined within a reasonable period, the prize shall be deemed as unclaimed or unaccepted and a supplementary winner may be drawn at the discretion of Gatwick Airport Limited.
21. The Promoter furthermore disclaims any responsibility or liability for injury or loss to any person or property relating to the Competition and the subsequent prizes. Travel Insurance is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED but is not included as part of the prize and is the responsibility of the winner.
