Do not touch this product! It shattered into my bath whilst my two small children were in the room. The bracket stayed in the wall so there was a probable fracture in the glass. If my children were in the bath it could have been fatal. My bath was also damaged by the impact. Homebase did not take any responsibility and did not care, simply referred me to their supplier. Someone should explain to Homebase what customer care is and be accountable for selling something so potentially dangerous into people's homes.

Your contract is with Homebase, but I would offer a suggestion that might help. I have not dealt with Aqualux for some years, but when I did I found them a reputable, genuine company. It might be helpful if you established the number of Aqualux Technical Support and gave them a call. Obviously, be calm, be professional, be reasonable, and see what they suggest.

At the risk of getting shouted at..... Was it installed properly ?? Toughened glass will not just shatter for no good reason.. it will either have been under undue stress due to how it was installed or hit with something..... I would assume the former may have been the issue...
