Sofaworks Dispute

Hi All,
My mother-in-law purchased a suite from sofaworks. She pointed out the sofa and chair she liked in store, signed the agreement and purchased it through the 4 year interest free facility.
The sofa was delivered and received by her son. When she returned home the same day she inspected it and it wasnt the one she wanted. She reported this immediatly. However, it turns out the suite matches the order but the signed order isnt what she wanted.
This has been flagged up with sofaworks but they maintain the agreement is signed and legally binding, so there is no going back. It subsequently turns out the sofa and chair on the signed order form was not in store at the time of purchase and the chair is not even on the website.
Understandably she is very upset and wants this resolving, is there anything she can do? Please help.
Many thanks
