It submitted for me, but then I was already signed in to my East Coast account, so perhaps you need to log in (or create an account) first?

Worked fine for me without an account.

Make sure you click the SELECT button when you find your address, it wouldn't submit for me and that was stopping it.

i also made the mistake of not clicking select but fixed that and worked fine on firefox
