can i apply twice for PPI ?

when i open my credit card with LLoyds back early 2000 , only my name on the account - years later i put my husbands name on the account ( checking the paper work today which i luckily have kept back to the early 2000's . I notice on the single account and the joint account the account numbers are differnt. Also when the PPI forms asks for an account number do give the visa number ?

If you're unhappy with the way PPI policies were sold to you on more than one account or product then you can submit a complaint for each case. You can find a guide on PPI complaints and a link to a questionnaire that you can complete here. A separate questionnaire should be completed and sent to us for each PPI policy.

For credit card accounts, the card number shown across the front of the card is the account number.
