Oct draw: continuation of this post

Argos are running a monthly comp using their new catalogue (Autumn/Winter 2014) using their Argos App to 'scan' the cover and certain pages inside to enter.

The competition ends 16th January 2015, but there is a monthly draw and (as far as I can tell) £1000 to win every month! :j:j

I will post these month by month (on the '1st' to be sure the previous month's entries are cleared) to make it easier to track your entries

Previously, the monthly comp closed around the 25th each month, so I'll stick to a slightly shorted end date just in case (I had no notification of month end date this time after my entry was completed so this is just to ensure people don't miss the deadline)

For Oct entry after scanning the catalogue cover I only had one page to scan which was page 1131 (see post#2 for images)

Only one entry per person, per month of catalogue duration (26th July 2014 - 16th January 2015)

** FYI - there was an MSE winner from a previous Argos Blippar monthly prize draw comp and they said they did not use the app but entered via the direct link - HTH **

If you prefer to do the scan entry using your mobile device/tablet, here's how...

Hint: If you wish to enlarge the pic on your computer, click 'ctrl and +' (to return to normal afterwards click 'ctrl and 0')

Once you have downloaded the Argos App, open it up and, once your device screen is ready, position your camera so the picture to scan fills the screen on your device. The app will 'scan' the pic and you will see the image transform, then open up to give you the competition instructions. HTH
