Not sure about pets and smokers but our insurance says we are not to let to students, asylum seekers or anyone not working. We tell the agent that and leave it all to them.0 -
I would prolly agree to it for a quiet life but really she should be told to stick it.
You are allowed wear and tear anyway, and she is allowed to deduct from your deposit for damage. The act of there being or not being a dog is irrelevant.
However your chances of finding anywhere else you like that will accept a dog are low.0
