Thank you for your helpful response.
They have emailed me today saying they will send me a form where I can give them details of my outgoings so they can work out what I should pay them. What I have offered is all I can afford so hopefully they will agree. They have said they will freeze interest for 7 days to give me time to get the form back to them and arrange the payment plan.
Hi Habssac
I’m glad to hear that you have heard from quickquid. Once they come back to you, if the plan is not suitable then please get in touch with us and we can speak to them for you.
Kind regards
Amy

Just to weigh in here, and hopefully to ease your mind, based on my experience I would say very likely to get an offer like that accepted.
I owe QQ approx 350 pounds and have been on a payment plan paying 7 pounds per month since October last year.
YKTDebt at LBM October 2013 - £11,145
Debt as of November 2016 - £1,582

Monkeyballs is correct in saying I meant in terms of setting up a payment plan- I have every intention of paying them back in full, I just can't afford to do it on their terms.
It's no wonder people bury their head in the sand about debt if they feel this is the reaction they'll get (not just on my thread but other people's).
Oh and I don't have any other debt whatsoever, I don't even have an overdraft.
Some people do come across as that in some of these posts but I don't think its intentional (although some definitely are!!)
Hope you get it sorted, I at one point was juggling payday loans for 3 different companies because I kept getting new ones to try and pay the original one and pay my living costs aswell. Its a never ending circle. Amazing what a mess can come from a £200 loan!! By the way something I found out later from my own experience, if you have a payday loan company on your credit file at all it negatively impacts your credit rating because people assume you are in a mess to have taken on in the first place apparently (I know you said no other debt) Just something to be aware of incase you have any credit rating issues. Good luck!0 -
Just to update anyone who is following this- QQ have accepted my offer of £50 a month, and we will review in 6 months and see if my financial situation has improved. Thanks for anyone who responded to this post with help and advice!0
