    Then it does seem very odd as they are a well known domestic supplier.

    Have a look through some of the other threads. You may find a representative of E-On you could send a PM to. They are usually very helpful.

    Like all big suppliers, Eon have a Domestic Supply Division and a Commercial Supply Division, and as these operate under different licences and legislation they are legally seperated into different companies

    The BIG diffences are that Commercial supply prices are individually negotiated with each customer and contracts can run for several years.
    The terms also carry a BIG STICK in that if a customers contract expires and the customer does not sign a new one with the old supplier or a new supplier, the prices charged by the old supplier will be deemed 'Out of Contract' and be Sky High

    lucy 345 - Contact Eon and ask just how long is the agreement that ties you to Eon, then report back - Also please list the price per Kwh 'Domestic' rate that Eon are chargeing you, and the Daily Standing Charge
