Nat West ALWAYS dispense fivers, and Asda cashpoint often does too. Of course, if they run out they can't, but otherwise, yes.(•_•)

Our local college ATM dispenses fivers.:heartsmil When you find people who not only tolerate your quirks but celebrate them with glad cries of "Me too!" be sure to cherish them. Because these weirdos are your true family.0

Many Tesco ATMs at smaller stores such as Tesco Metro or Express either offer them straight away or via other amount menu. Larger stores are more variable.
IIRC RS McColl branches (with an ATM) also usually have fivers too.Is it really most? I've never yet come across one from any of those that dispenses fivers in Scotland. Are they all in England? This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
Given how close to the wire you seem to be from a financial perspective, it might be worth your while checking out the threshold at which your petrol light comes on - in some cars there's enough reserve tank capacity to drive a significant distance once the light comes on. Nobody likes to be taking unnecessary risks of running out of fuel but, depending on how long your commute is, that might have removed the urgency from your situation today?
I agree with this. I can get about 30 miles when my light comes on. It then starts flashing which is probably when I should start panicking.0 -

Always? Are you sure of such a sweeping statement? As I said previously, I've never had a £5 note from a NatWest ATM. And do ASDA actually have their own branded ATMs? The ones outside my local ASDA are from three different banks.0
