payment to ebay through paypal - no details in receipt

I got an email from paypal headed "Recepeit of Your Payment to eBay Europe Sarl" and the description is:
eBay Seller Fees: £0.00
Subtotal: £0.00
Total: £6.31
Paypal Balance: £6.31
I dont understand what the £6.31 is for, it doesnt tell me anything! Anyone have any ideas?

When you log Into your PayPal safely what does the transaction say in there?
