    It doesn't matter as all details will be on the final payslip - Month 12 or Week 53

    Employers have to file P60 dets to the Inland Revenue by 19th May and are legally obliged to provide each employee who was employed at 5th April 2005 with a P60 by 31st May 2005
    I have had brain surgery - sorry if I am a little confused sometimes ;)
