You will then be automatically entered into the draw. 2. The competition is open to residents of the UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and the Republic of Ireland. Entrants must be 16 or over, or have parental permission, to enter.
3. The competition excludes employees (and their families) of the Promoter, its agencies or any other company or person professionally connected with this promotion.
4. Each entry must be on the official online entry form. The Promoter will not accept responsibility for any unclear entries or entries lost or delayed in transmission.
5. By submitting your entry you consent to your entry being published by the Promoter and grant the Promoter a perpetual, exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to republish your Competition entry in electronic format and hard copy for purposes connected with the Competition and promotion of the Yu! products.
6. The prize consists of £1,500 of vouchers for a fun filled family activity holiday provided by a high quality holiday operator in the UK selected by Elite Healthy Foods Ltd.
7. Winners must make bookings at least 60 days prior to the preferred holiday dates. Holiday booking is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the holiday provider.
8. The winner is responsible for any additional personal expenses, including Insurance and all incidentals.
9. The winners are able to extend their trip at their own expense.
10. If the winner is aged under 18 years the responsibility for arranging the prize and allocation of any spending money / travel allowance, rests with their parent or legal guardian.
11. The prize for the final draw must be taken before 31/02/2015 and is subject to availability and not transferable.
12. The Promoter or its agencies accept no responsibility for any loss, injury or damage suffered through acceptance of the prize
13. No cash or other alternative prize is available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control, the travel provider reserves the right to substitute a similar prize of equal or greater value.
14. Entries for the final draw closes on 31st December 2014 and the winner will be drawn at random under independent supervision and notified by telephone or email within 3 weeks of the closing date. There will be further draws on a quarterly basis drawn on the final day of each of the following months in March, June, September and December in 2014. 1 winner will be chosen from each draw and that winner will be notified by telephone or email within 3 weeks of the closing date.
15.The Promoter will take all reasonable steps to contact winners (by telephone and email) but in the event of failure to do so within 28 days it reserves the right at its absolute discretion to award the prize to a substitute winner drawn at the same time.
16. A representative of the Promoter will liaise directly with the winner to organise prize details.
17. The winners may be required to participate in any reasonable publicity arising from the promotion.
