Buyer wants a refund

I listed some clothing not particularly well I now realise , buyer wants a refund. What is the procedure now for refunding her correctly please?

Get them to return the items, once your satisfied your item/s have been returned, issue the refund
You can also provide the buyer a FREE returns label via Parcel2go using Discount Code FIRSTFREE with an email address that has not been used with them before0
