Received an NTK

Hello,
I have just received an NTK from UKPC.
The event took place on 23/08/2014, at Stevenage Leisure Park, reason for ticket, 'Not parked correctly within the markings of bay or space'
The phone does not show anything with regards to the marking of the bay only a picture of my car.
I ignored the ticket after reading these boards and waited for the NTK.
Can you please advised on the next steps to appeal and get rid of this charge?

It's better that you learn to search the forum to find things, than rely on busy regulars to post links all the time. The more you discover and learn about this stuff yourself, the better and more successfully you will be able to deal with your problem. The forum search engine is very powerful and will soon pull out the posts/threads to help in your quest to see this all off.

Thank you, i found it, i saw this previously but i wanted to make sure it was the correct post.
I have now copy / pasted the information and printed off the letter, which will go in the post tomorrow.

Make sure you get a free Certificate of Posting from your PO rather than just dropping it in the post box as many PPCs claim not to have received appeals.
