Sold a party item for £3.99, and posted second class on Tuesday. On Saturday got a message saying "needed these party items today, and not arrived so want a refund. Should be here by now, even if you posted Tuesday.

Rather than let her open a case, I refunded immediately then realised I already had the defect ... doh.

Checked her feedback and lots were from party suppliers, but no feedback left by her. The message was very abrupt, and she said party items when she only bought one from me

Could be wrong, but I think she has just had a free party.

Contact other sellers and see if they've been sent the same message.

If they have, suggest you all contact ebay and get them NARU.

Guess it wasn't tracked, if so you would have got a defect if they opened a case

I will probably get a defect anyway as I refunded in full and Ebay may class it as an 'out of stock' item, despite me still having it listed.


Have written to sellers who have sold her other party items, so will wait to see if I get any replies.
