All entry routes close on the 12th May 2015 at 5pm. Entries made after this time will not be counted but may be charged.

Up to 37 entries per phone number. Maximum 39 entries per person, per entry method (Postal/Text).

In the case of multiple entries received in an envelope or postcard, only one entry will be entered into the Prize Draw. Sufficient postage must be paid – any entries without sufficient postage will be discounted.

Tickets to the UEFA Europa League Final

A one (1) night trip to Warsaw, Poland on the dates specified below for the winner and one (1) companion to attend the UEFA Europa League Final (the “Game”) on Wednesday 27 May 2015 including:

- Return economy flights from a London airport to a Warsaw Airport, departing on Wednesday 27 May 2015 and returning on Thursday 28 May 2015 (please note flights may not be direct);
- Return transfers between Warsaw Chopin Airport and the hotel (details provided below);
- Two (2) tickets to the Game on Wednesday 27 May 2015;
- Return transfers between the hotel and the Game;
- VIP hospitality at the Game for two (2) people including food and beverages; and
- One (1) night’s hotel accommodation for the winner and one (1) companion on Wednesday 27 May 2015 at a hotel in Warsaw, chosen at the Prize Provider’s sole discretion (provided the hotel has a rating of 4 stars or above) on a bed and breakfast basis based on two (2) people sharing one (1) twin or double room. Please note that the winner will need a current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes.

A two (2) night trip to Berlin, Germany on the dates specified below for the winner and one (1) companion to attend the UEFA Champions League Final (the “Game”) on Saturday 6 June 2015 including:

- Return economy flights from a London airport to a Berlin Airport, departing on Friday 5 June 2015 and returning on Sunday 7 June 2015;
- Return transfers from the airport in Berlin to the hotel (details provided below);
- Two (2) tickets to the Game on Saturday 6 June 2015;
- Return transfers between the hotel and the Game;
- VIP hospitality at the game for two (2) people including food and beverages; and
- Two (2) night’s hotel accommodation for the winner and one (1) companion on Friday 5 June 2015 and Saturday 6 June 2015 at a hotel in Berlin, chosen at the Prize Provider’s sole discretion (provided the hotel has a rating of 4 stars or above) on a bed and breakfast basis based on two (2) people sharing one (1) twin or double room. I've always wondered with these multi win prizes if you can decline part of it, ie if you couldn't travel on these dates would you have to forfeit the whole prize?
