Getting old college certificates. How?

You could contact the Local Education Authority that administers the college where you completed your level 2 course. The major exam boards supply results direct to LEAs, and I am confident that OCR is part of this system.
(Back in 1992 I worked for an LEA and was responsible for analysing exam results, among other things. I do remember one time when someone contacted us trying to find out if he had passed any GCSEs since his school had merged with another one just after he left and he never got any results. It took me about ten minutes to get his results out of our computer system...)0
