House buying survey issues

Hello,

I am planning to buy a 1970's house, and i have done the basic survey. This is what survey came back with, anything to worry?

This property is in acceptable condition for lending purposes,My valuation reflects the fact that there is wear and tear to some items and that maintenance repair or upgrading will be required.

Aspects of the central heating system give cause for concern and you should obtain specialist advice (it has warm air )

Defective boundary walls should be repaired or replaced

Tree close to the property could cause damage and specialist advice recommended.

None of those would concern me too much. I'd probably get the tree checked out though if it's very close.

Yes its about ..10-12ft away council owned i would say.
