  • Had a case partially upheld against an insurer. They were very helpful and will raise the case for you. Personally I think it is best to word it yourself to get all your points across.

    Whole process took far too long due the the PPI frenzy.

    They have a reputation for making weird decisions.

    Having worked in call centres I have nothing against them and I know they mean well but clearly they have call handling targets to hit (like all call centres).

    They typically send a stock letter to the financial institute in which they can insert a single paragraph which is their summary of your description of the complaint. Most are exceptionally brief and miss very key points, others are simply totally the wrong end of the stick.

    Totally agree. I recommend you write it yourself unless it is a very simple complaint.
