Hard drive question

Hi how many hard drives could I put in my pc,I currently have a 500gb and 150gb. I've seen there is four sata connection on the motherboard I wanted to have x2 500 x1 1tb,is this possible ? Amd phenom 9550 220mhz 4 core 3gb ram

Which company offer a 10 year warranty? I have 250GB and 500GB drives that are years approx that old and still working well. Yet when they started selling 1TB+ the reliability seemed to drop.
